TRAVEL COMPANION will help you shop, pack, plan and create memories of your trip.
Version 1.1 features include the PACK LIST. It allows you to create/reuse a customizable packing list and monitor the packing process
PACKING LIST FEATURES:
- Creates and categorizes trips based on type
- Uses a tab slider to organize trips based on the trip time frame, separating them into future, current and past trips.
- Monitors readiness of the trip based on the packing progress
- Detects common items from existing trips based on the trip type and prompts the user to move them to the newly created trip
- Allows to import item lists from existing trips
- Uses navigation drawer to organize items in categories
- Allows the user to set a filter on un-packed items
- Allows the user to multiselect and filter available items
- Pre-filter available items based on the items already selected in the list
- Intuitively manages item categories based on its use in existing and new items
- Allows to transfer items to different categories
- Can be used for repetitive shopping trips.
COMING RELEASES :
Sep 2013 Version 1.2 release features: EVENT PLANNER. Will allow the user to create events related to trip and sync it with Google calendar
Oct 2013 Version 1.3 release features: SCRAP BOOK. Will allow the user to take a picture, save location, and write a description during the trip and share it with friends.
